All conditions have to be the same in each position. So if castling was available in the first it has to be in the third too. Since en passant is only available for one move, that position doesn't count for a repetition claim.
Question about 3rd repetition rule and king castle condition

in for example:
1-Nc3-Nc6
2-Rb1-Rb8
3-Ra1-Ra8
4-Nb1-Nb8
5-Nc3-Nc6
6-Nb1-Nb8
We have after 6... -Nb8 the same position for 3rd time.... but in fact the kings have not the same castle condition in the first (initial position) than in the 3rd (after 6... -Nb8).
Is tie for 3er repetition or it need even the castle condition of the king must be the same?
The same question could be make about enpassant condition of a pawn.
