Question about being able to watch games online.

I would like to watch chess being played by members in my “Friends” group. Only one time was I enabled to do it because there was a binocular icon by the friend. Most of the time it just says they are online currently. Any ideas?

If you're on the website, to to Play and under the Players > Friends tab you should be able to see everyone that is in Play and potentially playing games.
