No, you can't do that. It's an illegal move. Capturing the knight means that your king would be moving into check, which isn't allowed.
As you can See the rook is pining the knight so I took the other knight with my king

It's a common question.
But yes, it's illegal. The king can't capture the knight because it would put the king in check.
You can think of it this way: which king would be captured first?
