Quitting

I've posted on this before.  For those of you who quit when you are clearly going to lose, why do you just quit rather than resign?  That mentality escapes me.

They want their opponent to suffer as much as possible possible but all they can do is make them wait 10 mins

When I start losing game after game and going full tilt, I really want to make my opponents feel my pain when I lose. I don’t stall the clock, but I really want to, so I can understand why people do. It’s toxic, unsportsmanlike, and childish, but when you lose a bunch of games, you don’t really care. The only reason I’ve never done it, even when in full tilt, is the special matchmaking pool they put you in. No one wants to be matched with unending stallers.

@benjaminLhull are you sure there is a separate pool for such? That doesn’t sound right

They quit, because they're irritated, angry and in disbelief

They should resign because you lose more rating if you lose on time.
