Has happened to me before in Swiss Tournaments when you have a weak connection. It’s weird.

Along with my forced lost/resignation, I got a by into the next round and a win afterwards because my opponent didn’t show up. 

You should run the game analysis? Haha

You don’t know if you were losing or not, since there are 3 possible cases, with a constant probability you had a chance to lose, so don’t blame chess.com and accept your defeat.

(Also check your keyboard if it is functioning well and it doesn’t make short circuit to automatically press a button).
