You should analyze your games, and listen to what your coach says. He gave you a rating of 900 Glicko for that performance above. Learn the new Glicko 2 system is my best tip.

Accept that rating fluctuations and encountering stronger opponents are part of the online chess experience. Sometimes, it’s just a bad streak, and your performance will improve over time.

You spend 2 mintues and 35 seconds for 1 move, and then soon after that you spent 42 seconds on 1 move. That's a lot of time on two moves. And then you blundered your knight AND rook in back to back moves.

Time management is a problem for me. I also tend to throw away winning positions and blunder at the worst of times all normal for 1250 to 1300. I will continue to learn from my mistakes hopefully.
