Rating
Most (not all) players are within 200 points of their blitz rating.
Some people whine about this, saying it can't be true, or they point out extreme exceptions to the rule, or they talk about people who are not active in both chess.com and OTB games, but no matter how much they whine, that's how it is. Chess.com blitz is not a bad estimate of OTB strength.
Some (not all) people increase their blitz rating with blitz-specific skills. Others try to play blitz as if it were a normal game. Others aren't able to deal with the speed very well, have poor coordination or a bad internet connection. So with this you can get a feel for whether your blitz rating will be higher or lower. If you use a lot of tricks, then your OTB is probably lower. If you're uncoordinated or can't think quickly then your OTB is probably higher.
(Blitz specific skills are, for example, using premoves to win a game even though you're down many pieces, placing a higher importance on things like initiative, just shuffling around randomly in endgames, stuff like that)
Thanks, this is a good opinion, can eat more options? how does the rating roughly match the chess titles on chess.com?)
There are no Internet chess titles on chess.com. Any titles that you see... GM, IM, FM, CM, etc... are real-life FIDE titles, not Internet titles.
You can see many titled players here to make the comparison yourself.
(I would just tell you but I'm not sure, although from what I've seen it's pretty close)

There's also stuff like this although there are things limiting surveys like how honest people are, how many people you sample, etc. Also this one is 2 years old (I don't know of a newer one).
