Rating achievement problem

So I was recently checking my friends awards and found out that there's some for rating so I checked my friends which was ok till I checked his blitz rating and it said he had 1800 but I was confused so I checked his rating for all time ( his account was made on 6/26/24) and it said he has played 24 games and the highest rating was 1830 but it said on the line graph 1056 plus I checked when he got it and it said he got them all in 5/25/25 at the same time.
