hi guys I've just gotten into a new peak 2 days ago which was 1701. However, when i played today after not playing for a day, i noticed something odd, my rating was 1718 as it shown during the game. Ultimately, i lost that game and i went to 1708. Now 1708 became my peak. Im very confused as to where these points came from. I was thinking chess.com adjusted my rating according to the opponents who cheated or stalled in games, but they have not sent me a message regarding it. I just want to know how these rating changes happen.
