I'm rated about 2050 on chess.com rapid. Is there a way to convert this to an ECF rating and a FIDE rating so I can see how far off I am from becoming a Candidate Master? Thanks

Chess.com rapid rating is about 62 higher than FIDE classical rating.
Take an example:
https://www.chess.com/members/search?rating_type=rapid&rating_min=2200&rating_max=2500&coaches=0&streamers=0&titledMembers=1&sortBy=last_login_date
FM Santagati, Alessandro is rated 2315 rapid chess.com.
He is rated 2253 FIDE classical
https://ratings.fide.com/
That makes 2315 - 2253 = 62 rating difference.
You can refine by generating more such comparisons in the same way if you want.

There is no certain formula to convert between chess.com rapid and fide. The difference is around 300-400.

Top chess players on chess.com only have 2700-2800 fide rating.

The question is about candidate master i.e. 2200 FIDE.
So find chess.com rapid ratings for players around 2200 FIDE.
At lower or higher ratings the the rating difference might be different.
