Rating Droppers

Hello all,

Have you ever entered a match and had the opponent resign, then challenge you again, and then resign again?

I have seen it several times. I asked why. They tell me so they can work back up, or so they can play easier opponents... I never seen the logic in it. Is there any? Lol

No, there really isn't and it is against the rules. Players doing that can get their accounts closed and potentially put those they resign against under suspicion.

You should report people who do that.

Seriously... Why is that..? I thought it was weird but very surprised to hear it's against the rules.

It's definitely time to stop Slayer, put a different track on the player.

I am only interested in fools mate so have to drop my rating to achieve this result occasionally. Keeping an above 1000 rating is easy except when you always play for fools mate regardless of your opponent.
