Rating Floor on Chess.com?

I was really interested in a forum I saw earlier on the nature of sandbagging. I thought about it, and wondered "What if we induced a rating floor, like US Chess, after a certain amount of games?".

What do you guys think?

because then people can get someone slightly better to play for them and then they can't go down

because here you can chose your opponents' ratings and play low rated players, getting one point each time, until you reach a high rating
