Rating readjustment after a cheating opponent is banned

Hello, I wanted to inquire as to what the procedure is when my opponent is banned but my rating hasn't been readjusted. I drew a game against a cheater and lost 1 elo, but the game was heavily in my favor before he started cheating (he blundered a knight). How can I contact chess.com staff to help me with this?

That was only yesterday. There are over 50 million registered members on this web-site.

Maybe you should give it a few days?

Oh sure, I thought maybe readjustment is automatic. You are right.

To be honest, I'm not sure if they'll even MAKE the adjustment for one rating point. The cheater is annoying, but he didn't exactly inflict critical damage on you.

Yeah all of rating adjustments are a bit trivial if you exclude double digits. But the position was winning for me prior to his cheating, as I've detailed above.

by design

many cheaters hang a piece deliberately , then only cheat to "not get caught"

also in b4 the lock
