My rating keeps rising but the percentile stays the same, why?

Percentile is 1 to 100 and rating is 100 to 3000 maybe? I don't know, how much did your rating rise?

Percentile ratings are updated only once per day, for some reason. You can calculate your percentile yourself by dividing your rank by the number of players.

If that's turn-based, you'd be around the 99th percentile, I think, and that should be given to the nearest 0.1%.
