Those game evaluations are a new thing and attempt to point out to you when you played a good game and what parts were good or bad.
I assume that when you lose, your evaluations aren't that high.

Well, 6 months playing without any progress but only going down. Started playing last year in November. Completely demotivates me in all aspects of life (I mean doing something for a long time for 0 of progress). Chess is good for nothing, only develops a life long depression for me but it is not that easy to step back now. Constant thoughts of self hatred, how useless and worthless I am. Various self harm episodes. Bad and unproductive days at work because it bothers me all the time. Suicide thoughts sometimes when I lose. It became a nightmare.
