It is the P.S., unless you are facing always the same opponent. You must perform really well to stay even after a long session, for obvious reasons.

hey guys i wanted to discuss this thing that has been on my mind lately.
my current rating is 990 in blitz and i correctly remember that a month ago it was 1100 and since then it came as low as 920. i think i am a good chess player which my rating doesn't suggest i have defeated even 1200 rated players in tournament but somehow nowadays my rating is stuck to 990.
i really want to improve my rating can anybody suggest something?
P.S.-is my playing around 3-4 hours chess everyday the problem?
