I am losing 80% of my online games, which makes no sense whatsoever because the website should match everyone against similarly skilled opponents. I don't want to be a sore loser but I can't help but wonder how much cheating is occurring....

You might just be in a slump. Looking at your last game, you're playing longer time controls but moving like you're playing blitz. In your last game you had winning advantages a couple of times.
