I like the idea of purging inactive members (and groups).  It keeps it more current. 

I am new here and cannot find the way to start a new topic to ask a question on this forum.  Would someone here please be able to help?

To purge is to get rid of unwanted data.

Try clicking on that big green Post New Forum Topic in the upper right corner.  Pretty much self explanatory after that...

Yes, I had a good chess.com friend who died.

He was friendly and polite. Everyone liked him.

I cannot find that option.  Must I be a member for a period of time before that option is available?   In the top right it says HOME and under that is a Search option.   nothing about a New Post.
