It's bad people post these things, and I've gotten a similiar message. I didn't respond to it, I just ignored it.
receiving abusive messages

You are not supposed to name names in the forum. (Normally the mods will come along and wipe out these threads.)
You should just block them and consider reporting them using the Contact Form.

Send a screen shot to staff and get him banned. Problem solved.
Precisely, this is the way to go. Contact the Staff at support@chess.com or use the Contact Form link in a previous post.
hi fightingbob yes I've sent a screen shot to chess.com along with a second one received just a few minutes ago.
I'm puzzled what people get out of this type of behaviour.
The second one was as follws: (as suggested by notmtwain above I have deleted the user name of the member)
[naming is not good but posting the language is also not good -- MOD]
Hi all I just wanted to share an unwanted and abusive message received a short time ago and ask for comments.. I have no idea who this member is. Has anyone received similar messages and if so what was your response??
Below is a 'copy and paste' image for your info...
The message reads:
[report via the support form, not the forums so staff can look at it: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new -- MOD]
