I think tactics are supposed to help your calculation skills, not to get you to remember every single move of a particular problem
how do master play very fast in bullet,exp,I had study such a sicilian opening and a lot of theory,if it repertoire it hard to recognize ,and how do they play fast,

Actually, that's how masters learn dozens of moves of theory in the sicillian. After a while, you learn that the Nadorf, dragon, sheveningen etc.) are all very similar and you learn how they can transpose. But not too similar! You learn the differences between each one and how to not get checkmated before move 20.
