rematch thoughts

No one is forced to offer/accept a rematch, nor is it forbidden, regardless of the result of the game and the rating gap.

You seem to have contradicted yourself a bit here. On the one hand you want people to play again if they beat you with white, on the other you want a 'tie break' if you play two games and win one each. But at that point one player has had white one more time, so by your original logic they should give another, fourth game. And if it's 2 - 2 after that, would you again argue that there's an obligation to play another? If so, you're starting to demand a fairly significant time commitment (up to 25 - 30 minutes for 3/2 time control). That's more than a lot of blitz players will be able to give in one sitting.
This is the big problem with the idea that anyone 'owes' you a rematch. Once you get into that kind of thinking it means you need to keep rematching until both are tired of it, as the one who wants to continue will basically always find a reason why they should get another game (one less game with white, blundered in the last game, want a tie-break, have momentum, deserve the chance to level the match, etc, etc). As the amount of time players have available to spend on the site at a time varies, that approach just won't work. Simplest and fairest to take agreeing to play someone at face value, as a commitment to play one game. Rematches only if both players want one, and with no obligation to explain or apologise to anyone if you decline.
You rematch. PERIOD. For the same reason you don't sit down at a poker table, win one hand and then leave. If you don't understand this, then your parents never taught you manners.
... Because of course you can make an informed judgement about the quality of a person's upbringing from one minor incident on an online chess site. 🙄
