Remote Chess Academy - opinons?

I have been watching Igor Smirnov's youtube video and very much like his approach of teaching how to create a framework for beginning and middle game play so that one can rely on their positional understanding to narrow down candidate moves. I don't have an abundance of time to devote to learning - maybe 30 min/day so want to find the most efficient way to learn. I have watched a number of his videos and the message is starting to repeat so thinking about purchasing lessons from Remote Chess Academy.

How good are the courses and would there be better options, perhaps at a lower price? If his courses are good, which ones are the best? He recommends the course Level Up Your Chess ($97) as the best first course in general to start with. I am debating about whether to try this out or dive all the way in and order the SuperPack $497. I currently have a blitz rating of 1500 on chess.com and would like to add depth while playing longer games. My current training involves solving tactics puzzle -2500 rating, puzzle rush 5 min high of 32 and puzzle battle 1270 rating. Thank you.
