If you reported a member and the account is still open after a couple of days then either
- There wasn't sufficient evidence of cheating
- There wasn't any evidence of cheating

I have reported a cheater multiple times but never received any sort of acknowledgment from chess.com. Is there any way to be sure that the game was checked by chess.com at all? May be I am wrong, but just want to be sure whether the game was checked.
