I went to play a 3 min live game to test for the RESIGN button showing or not. It was showing for me.. The Resign button is there, above the chat window, next to the DRAW button or tab.

hehe Amerikan, I agree :)

and you can't draw either with a stalemate if you resign. I've drawn a lot of seemingly lost games with a stalemate because I didn't give up.
