Resigning

Are you on mobile or pc?
If you're on PC there should be a surrender icon near the timer.
If your on mobile there should be a button that looks like has dashes and dots in it. Click it, and there should be a resign button.
weirdly, I can't figure out where the resign button is when I am losing a 10-minute game.
