I don't know why it's not in the rules, but it's definitely happens a lot I wouldn't go as far as 90 %, but it was more than half of the games I played last time. It could be done better somehow since It does waste your time for no good reason.

Yep. Well, I've done it only once. Because well, my partner was a 700 and we had already played a game before and he was just terrible, so I didn't want to be with him again. Also, it's about 60%-80% for me now.

Worse is when they resign in the middle of the game, because they lost a minor piece to a tactic....
Isn't just annoying when people resign at the first game of bughouse. I feel like it happens in like 90% of my games. It's really hard these days to find a good match. They should have it where if you resign, you loose rating, just like if you were to loose. Can someone explain why this isn't a rule.
