Restricted Account due to fair play policy

so while I was playing with an opponent d game was aborted due to network. the next time I tried to play an opponent it says
"my account has been restricted due to fair play policy"
how do I fix this pls ... or is chess.com tired of having me as a member???
Youre last 5 games have gone 0, or 1 move. That is why youre restricted.

yeah, the app doesnt allow me to make any move since the incident... it just displays the fair play policy crab , counts down to 15sec den the game is aborted & i lose
