Yes, I understand the punishment, I never said I didn't. I just stated that it is not fair. This is how laws and rules get changed, by someone challenging them. Rules are not set in stone you know, and haven't been so from the beginning of time. They are a construct than can be changed.

And I never claimed to need to know my opponent was really Russian. I just said I don't want to play against the Russian flag, even though it is merely a symbol. I don't need proof. If someone has chosen that flag, I don't play them just now.

And you DO have rights on a website. In this case the administration have been in touch to work out a solution, via sensible discussion about what can be done in this case.

And, obviously, I cannot be sure where my opponent comes from. This is the internet. All I can do is filter by flag. Not ideal, but the only possibility
