Road Warrior - Out of town chess tournaments

Hey.  I write a column for my local chess club.  This column is about me attending two big chess tournaments two weekends in a row. This past weekend I went to "Land of the Sky" in Asheville, NC.  Next weekend I'm going to 'The Snowstorm' in Charleston, SC. 

This column is a humorous recap of Land of the Sky which featured GM's Kaidanov, Ivanov and Kudrin.  Kudrin won the tournament.

Epic freakout. Yes. That was absolutely true.

We were only up until 3:50 and the round didn't start until 9! I thought the Hoff looks good with the 'stache! I think the blue marker we used just made it look funny. The Hoff boxers were a bit disturbing though. Your really shouldn't have Knight Rider across your butt.

I missed the melt down but heard about it from a bunch of people. That guy was the size of a house too!!

At least the waitress Sat morning recognized you.

Since you'll be back in your home state this weekend I hope your treated with the respect and perks a celebrity of your stature deserves!
