roadblock

after supper played three games two legit wins  and one loss at 52 moves - so having a good day this Thursday-- who knows maybe i will stay out of the basement (100) just wouldn't bet on that just yet  

this morning bright and early as i can be feeling this way its friday mind you so all is not bad going to a legion club tonight to see a band -- cheap beer - ( which i can only have two drafts my wife saids) and a good band from nashville but they are chicago blues style i have been  told -so hope they are good -- sure they will be - this morning one 25 move loss one 27 move loss one legit win-- another legit win- and one 57 move draw -- so friday starts out not tooooo bad maybe at lunch time i will try a couple more to see i can get more steady at the winning thing -- long hope ---but still some hope - 

its really foggy imean socked in not outside time for a while so time for chess-- this morning saturday----- the band last night was excellent(the jimmys) chicago blues with a shake rattle and roll thrown in horn styled band ) and i had a fairly good time -- towards end of  their second show started to fade and tire but then the meds where kicking in about that time and time for wiffy to take this lump home -- was great to get out and see people though - starting today out hopeful these 10 min games seem to be my pocket right now will try a little longer game if i do well here first 

this saturday morning ---one miresable  loss at 19 moves( i can't handle aggressive players )-  one at 58 moves draw-- one loss at 46 moves and one win which was king on king could have been a draw - but he gave up -- well back to some ebay stuff to sell then poker online then lunch then meds then chess till meds kick in and afternnoon snuzzzzzzz- then chess again before supper fog is starting to lift so maybe a small easy to do  honey due list item from the fridge outside before lunch instead  

just before afternoon nap and meds kick in - played three games -- one made it to 57 moves - made another to 55 moves -- and lastly i won one  out right -- one eye just closed so see you after nap -----

good morning to all -- first day today monday and down about 70 %in meds to take --- good day -- no more sleepy stuff - off to play a couple games- complete downpour here since late last night --  so no honey to do list today -- hope to get on a roll and finish a few games this morning --wish me luck

not so good this morning --- humm why iam not sure -- four losses in row - 34moves 16 moves 30 moves 36 moves -- everyone so agreesive this morning always with queen attacking first three four moves -- i don't like agression and i don't have any play to combat it --- guess iam in the basement again -- start over phase again ------- see you at  lunch time -- maybe my luck will change - on which players i get to play

two quick games was a mistake now both losses one at 29 moves the other at 51 moves has made me at 100 again-- thought i was done with that number---guessed wrong for sure  -- maybe somedays just not supposed to play chess -- back to poker maybe more luck there i don't know -- will come back to chess after lunch -- off to post office after poker try and then will be back for more pain induced losses  

after lunch one loss 36 moves - one draw 58 moves 

tonight after the little kids came trick or treating -- played four games -- one win- three losses over 35 moves - as scarlet said - there is always a another day least i will start another day not at 100 -- whem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

tuesday morning going very badly 4 losses in row -- everyone is too aggressive- two games under 7 moves - two games over 35 - oh well -- maybe at lunch time things will get better -- 

wed morning had two wins -one loss at 45 moves  so good start for the day very sunny out - got to get to the honey due list maybe one item  will get done will be back before lunch

after Wednesday's lunch played  three poorly played games---26moves---31 moves -37 moves -- maybe after my nap will do better 

wed nite play - three losses 21/27/42/moves each - and  one win  downward slide this wed for sure --- maybe one more game for tonight -- going to try something radical for me  then bed 

woke up and couldn't sleep med not working tonight --played 6 games lost 5-  won one all players bring their queen out third move to attack aggressively- don't have a  way to combat  that while to trying to set my pieces up -- i think i just resign every time they pull that one -- trying to find slower players to play  - hard to find players willing to play 50'60 move game  they are out there just hard tell when they start game weather they are aggressive or long haul players 

well hot milk is at least working now -- off to slumberland-- maybe thursaday morning will be better   

this morning thursday 3 losses not very good --26/21/34 moves and one win - maybe my lunch play will be better -

thursday afternnoon two wins and loss 39 moves on the loss - a little better i guess 

being lucky has much to do with this game-- friday morning just won four games in a row - never happen to me before - using the same opening i always use --just yesterday i lost over 8 games over the course of the day using this same exact opening --- so luck of the draw on players is very much in play here -- it can't be me actually getting better -- would be nice but i know better  see you  at noon today
