Hey guys. Nice site.. Really learning a lot of new cool stuff.

Que 1: Can u Castled your King out of a "Check" position? 

 

Que 2: Castle your King on the Queens side? And does the same rules apply, like casteling at the K side?

I have diffucult time, with figure this out.

Ans 1. You cant castle out of, into or through check. You can block it or take the attacking piece if you want to castle or you will have to move your king.

Ans 2. Yeah the same rules apply.

Any more questions just ost them here and il answer them as best i can :)

You cannot castle the king out of check, or through check, or to a square that is "in check". This applies to the King only.

Castling Q-side same rules apply.

A king can never move to or through a square that is attacked. If under attack it can't castle out of it. Queenside castling has the same rules as king side; king moves two squares over with the rook sitting next to the king, which is three squares over instead of the two squares in a kingside castling. One exception to remember in castling, the rooks MAY be under attack or go through an attacked square in castling, only the king can't.
