Touch move - If you touch a piece, you have to make a legal move with it.
I made a mistake a while back in an otherwise winning position in a tournament because of this rule and played a horrible move. Other people also suffer from this rule when they accidentally touch a piece or want to adjust one. I still don't understand why it is a thing.
