whats so bad about sandbagging in live chess? i can understand tournaments cause they can affect your rating.

But why in live chess is it that if i lose so much, i might be banned cause i have a few good moves in a few games?

You won't be banned for losing a few games. When someone is doing it on purpose, it's usually pretty easy to see what's going on

yeah everyone can drop like 200 points if they do not have their day, but someone with a 1230 rating player beating multiple 2000+ players and scoring 8.5/9 points in a bullet swiss tournament, is slightly more suspicious
