Saving completed games from Chess.com to ChessBase

I have a very frustrating problem. I am unable to save a completed game from Chess.com into Chessbase. I can share the score of the game - the moves played - to Dropbox or Drive but not the game as a PGN file that can be saved into a Chessbase database and played through and studied. Is this not possible or am I missing something? I'm hoping somebody out there can help me with this. I did ask Chess.com but their reply didn't make a whole lot of sense. They seemed to be saying that I could save games from a web browser (rather than the Android app) but if so, how?

Did you actually try it using a browser? Perhaps you didn't understand that they meant using a computer and not just the browser app that you can use on your phone.

If you tried it on a normal Window computer, you would have seen that it is easy to generate a pgn file from your archive using the browser. You open the game and click "Get PGN".

Using file associations, you can have your computer open the file in Notepad or some GUI program like Arena. You can also copy and paste the file into the forum editor here and make snazzy diagrammed and commented posts.
