If I am matched against some 100 points or less than me I should be allowed to abort the game and seek another opponent.

if youre so concerned about the matchups just change your settings to playing people within 100 or even 50 pts of your rating

You can change the range in settings if you're worried about being beaten and losing more points to a lower player.
