Seeking 1950-2100 USCF-rated players for training games

I am 1850ish USCF and looking for players 1950-2100 USCF for training games (because my coach tells me this is the fastest way to improve).  I will pay for your time.

Details:

1) You need to be 1950-2100 USCF and currently active

2) You can be 1850-2000 FIDE instead, but please be able to speak fluent English

3) The games will be 40/120, SD/60, d10 with physical pieces on a webcam to simulate tournament conditions; moves will be relayed through chess.com, however

4) I will pay $50/game you play regardless of the outcome

5) These games are unrated

As an added bonus, I can share with you full analysis of our game given by an IM within a week or two of the game's conclusion.
