thanks its going to be acouple days before we have enough members to be up and running, i think that it is better to have a small group of dedicated members rather than a large group of people that dont really participate

I am looking for people the are serious about improving their chess in a group environment. please check out http://www.chess.com/groups/view/improvement-seekers-online
Members are expected to participate in group analysis, discussions and assigned "homework" Please note that if you wish to join you will be ask to only engage in slow time control/correspondent games for a period of 2-3 weeks. This is done so that you will learn to use a chess thought process. You will also have some reading to do. This group will require you to spend a couple hours of your time each week to engage in members game analysis, discussions, and homework.
thanks guys
