In my 7 years of playing chess, I never experienced any issues, I would think that it would be instant.

I was wondering since I was playing a blitz game just now it says server restarting in 39 mins. I've always ignored it until now. I'm wondering how long does server restart last for I mean for example after that 39 mins was up the website restarts but for how long?
