And again a message "restarting servers", this has been ongoing for weeks, on and off. Not cool chess.com. I mean, come on, either solve it or say goodbye to your subscribers, this makes no sense

There are server restarts many weeks to deploy new versions of the server code. That happened around the time you posted.
If it's "unacceptable" for a service you pay for to have an outage, I'd hate to work utility customer service when the power goes out
