Although giving a check with two pieces is a good strategy,as the victim will have no choice but to move their king,thus making them lose a tempo and make their king more exposed.But every move?Don't think that's possible.But if you didn't mean it as what it means in chess then you have a point

No. Then simply play d4. It will transpose into d4 (sometimes e4!), and the Symmetrical variation is still ok for black.

The REASON people play the french (avoiding Scholar's mate) is ridiculous, but the french is actually good.
