By biggest nightmare is being the victim of an opponents immortal lol but it's bound to happen and probably already happened

Idk, I feel like it would make the loss less difficult to handle… like “bro just played the game of his life, fair enough”

I'd give mine a 9. It's a reference for a high scoring one. A perfect is very difficult to get

Then what move would be 10/10 in your arbitrary unit of a "perfect move"

Mine, apparently wink.png

My greatest move is e4

I have never made a good chess move in my life.

I had a positional pawn sac last OTB tourney that I was really proud of

Engine hated it so I don't think I can call it my greatest move but it definitely won me that game

Avatar of Ineffaceable

the last brilliant move is the move I’m talking about (best move as well)

Avatar of Adensaysmoo

idk tbh but I think my best game with 2 brilliants was like with a lichess level 4 stockfish Ai bot.

I had to sacrifice the bishop and then the other one was the rook towards the end.

Lichess level 4 elo is like 1700-ish idk

A very nice move, under promoting into a knight to secure a victory is every chess players dream. That being said, you would be much better even if you did not find d8=N, so I'm giving it an 9/10 just because of that.

d4, saccing the queen for a windmill tactic, is definitely a very nice move, pretty difficult to find, executed perfectly, I'm giving it an 8.5/10, just because of the fact the moves leading up to the brilliant was a little strange. Brilliants stem from crazy games I suppose

Avatar of AdkinsAttackInventor

Edit: The 8.5 is being reduced to a 7/10 because you did NOT execute perfectly upon further examination, taking the bishop with check by the rook was a mistake because of Rf3, which saves white. Luckily for you, your opponent missed it. The move d4!! is nice tho.

I realized it right after I played the move that the rook move was available now… still really cool thanks!

e4 if not d4 is the best move frfr

You should do a blog post leaderboard / rankings of the moves people have submitted haha

Sacced both my bishops on move 12 and 13, even though only one was a brilliant, it did completely win me the game

Avatar of AdkinsAttackInventor

Very nice move to win the queen. A little inaccurate before the move and a basic idea, but still love to see it. 5.5/10

I have millions of moves to choose from apparently, but I screenshot each of my brilliant moves. Gotta look a bit in my "library"….

Avatar of Fet

The problem is that I got dozens of brilliants but I can't choose because none of them is that exceptional

Alright, I'm going to show you a few. First, my "immortal game" against a 2200+ blitz player:

And the same Rf6 idea as Curry's…. Sorry for stealing it wink.png
