Should I create a chess.com account to be able to play 4 player chess?

Me and my friends are trying to play 4 player chess in chess.com, one of my friend's doesn't have an account and isn't able to play. Is there some way he can play without creating an account? 

No, the game starts with 4 chess.com users. But i don't understand, why creating an account is such a huge obstacle?

it is the rules of the chess com website, you must play by the terms and conditions.. must have an account

I thing that yes, ad no, you don’t have (I think) other way to play 4 player. To have a account has many good things, like you can chat, you can have friends and you have your own perfile!!! 
I think you should say to your friend to registrate.
