I want play in Rapid tournaments for 2000 < but due to my high rating (probably) and too many players in it , i get transferred to open tournaments where i face 1600 and 1800 where finding a tactical continuation for a noob like me is almost impossible. but if i decrease my rating I'll get paired some really bad players to play with. What do you think should i decrease my rating ? nd will it help ?

Yes. One of your ratings is over 1000. That's too damn high.

Now I'll (only) play with players higher rated than me... im pretty sure its not cheating ^^

Of course it's not cheating, and you'll drop your rating a little bit every time you lose. But not very much because they're higher rated. And if you unfortunately manage to win a game, you'll gain lots of rating points. In other words the rating system works the way it's supposed to. If you really want to drop your rating, there's no substitute for throwing games on purpose.

You could only play when very drunk or tired. That works pretty well.
