I dont improve either but i play for fun. its like a daily routine for me. Your rating may seem too low for many but everyone has his own limits.. mine is 1400.. a 2000 may laugh at me while a 2600 laughs at him..

well, rating doesnt matter. try to learn new things and enjoy the journey.. dont be a goal oriented person at games. this kills all the fun

Problem is, these guys who are laughing at each other should not be doing so, treat your oppoent with respect and dont undestimate them, i can beat anyone under2000 and even so they can beat me way more often than i can beat them, i dont laugh at 800s cuz the one time someone will own my butt, how does that make me look to my so called peers? pretty pathetic thought eh lol

I have been playing chess for 1 year now and I am not improving. I am taking coaching classes i have solved 3000 plus puzzles and i have watched thousands of you tube videos but nothing is happening should i quit chess?

Well, if you really love it I say stick it out, but if you aren’t enjoying it maybe find something else

and one other thing, you have improved you just dont see it, if you see yourself now from a year ago, you would crush yourself.

Bye. Watch to door doesn't bang you in the backside on your way out. ;o)

I've been playing for far longer than that, look at my rating, it's rubbish. I do tons of puzzles and studying too. Just can't seem to quit. Be sure to enjoy it, if not find out how or find something you can love doing.

Do u think 13 is too late? My chess classes are online all kids below 10 except 1 boy he is also 13 and these kids are really really annoying so my coach can't explain properly

By the way I am in junior master level

Nah 13 is not too late
