Sorry to be rude, but it's very annoying to me when kids post stuff like "?"
But I guess you thought this was the first page so you asked what it was.
makes sense, sorry im kinda new to chess.com although ive been here since 2019, i never checked if it was the first page or not
You said in a previous thread that you still enjoy the game, so I don't think you should quit. You can always quit later if you want.
A big part of my enjoyment of chess is improving at the game. I expect you feel similarly. I wouldn't give up on that either. It doesn't seem like there's much known specifically about how to improve at chess with aphantasia. That doesn't mean you can't figure things out for yourself. It'll probably be difficult, especially early on. Try different things, learn from your experiences, and give yourself breaks when things get too frustrating. Someday you may reach a point in your life when you no longer feel any desire to play chess. If that happens, you certainly don't have to continue. I think you'll know it if you get there.
The simple fact that you're here asking the question suggests to me that you aren't yet finished with the game, so I want to encourage you to continue. I don't know how helpful I can be, but feel free to message me if you have questions or want input on games or anything. I'd like for you to succeed in defiance of difficult circumstances. Best of luck!
What are your goals? If you aim to be the next world champion that's not going to happen, but you can still enjoy the game at any level, just like you can pick a football and go play football with your friends without being pressured to become the next Messi.
