Yeah, machines do do a lot of it. But they still have to be sorted and put in trays and checked to make sure they have stamps and inserts inside (no empty envelopes) and then packed away onto palettes...all so that Scotchy (or whatever he's calling himself now) can take care of them on his end.
Makes sense. I was thinking about those work at home envelope stuffing offers you see sometimes. They are indeed all scams.
