But ypu cant force that position. I for one would rather have a easy draw then the 50 moves rule

You also cannot force mate from the initial position of a game. That's not how it works. According to FIDE this is not a draw. But us and chess.com rules are different.

It's funny because even though the above position is considered an automatic insufficient material draw, the below positions are not
I just played a game, and it ended in 'insufficient material even though
in this position it's still theoretically possible for this to happen.
