Should people STOP making STUPID threads ??

If threads don't start out stupid, here's the recipe for getting them there!

I think all the threads should be made as stupid as possible until there's a revolt

I was just doing my part; never let a stupid thread get too serious.

It is funny in the movie when  he says he is under a Hammeroid attack

Call it stupid or whatever, but this is a long nice thread. The OP certainly didn't know when he started it.

I think the focus should be on people abusing and misusing the uploading criteria, inappropriate filth and complete nonsensical negative provocative imagery/blogs should not be allowed, I always see members uploading inappropriate images, you can only ignore so much and perhaps is the only method to employ.

As for "stupid threads", you can choose to not view them, whereas misusing the threads is my issue, now what exactly constitutes as "stupid" and to label it to a forum thread is another issue. I think chess.com has already created categories for members to identify what kind of forum it is.

Ignoring and not feeding attention to forums will help fade away "forums you dislike".

Different forum themes for different people. Though uploading criteria should be upheld. Nothing wrong with funny comedy-based forums in my opinion, it is members who abuse the forum by uploading provocative inappropriate images.

Guys, guys.  This was quite an entertaining thread for a while.  Tongue-in-cheek and light, with a fair range of humorous responses.  I really must get some things established:

1) Keep it intelligent and/or funny

2) We don't talk about Fight Club.

In America, young women in groups often say "guys" to refer to the rest of the group. It is a strange language this American English.

In answer to the title, no. Stupid threads help break the monotony.

Until I find conclusive proof that women use the internet, you are all guys.
