What is black's good response against White's e4 ..Is it the Sicilian or Caro-Kann ? Which of these leads to more easy to deal positions and why?

Neither of these openings are “easy”. The Sicilian is probably more complex, but if you’re looking for simplicity, you shouldn’t be looking at either. You want a system opening, probably.

Yah I want to set a fixed opening against D4 e4 c4 and nf3 at least so that I can memorize the lines and play well otherwise it will take a lot of time to climb the rating ladder

Nowadays I am playing Sicilian The French Sicilian Modern and Kan variations and sometimes I win , sometimes win brutally , sometimes seeing my opponents doing something absolutely notorious and sometimes I lose brutally. Like can't even handle a position missing crucial moves 😕😔
