Sicilian Defense?

May I congratule you, Paulgottlieb, for your explanation about the "sicilian".
It is the first and best explanation of a chess aperture that I have read. (Chernev is the only other) ever since I read about chess.
An explanation similar to that about other apertures. . . and there would be more good standard chess fans and players,
And if it could be done about the "defenses" and "gambits" you could get the Nobel in chess literature,
Your explanation lacks that vicious reference to alternatives and to "what happened in the X tournamnet" and to "what Mr ZXY woukd have played whici he played in Paris in 1912. . ." and so forth. . .
Again, simply. Congratulatins, and thanks. . .now I really understand the "sicilian"
I have heard of this often! Can someone exlplain to me what it is and how it works? Or is it to complex for beginners?
